extrusions to our customers exacting specifications.

Encompassing two locations with over 140,000 square feet under roof, Frontier has three extrusion presses, a horizontal paint line, and a fabrication and thermal break department. With three different extrusion presses, Frontier can run shapes up to a 9" circle size with weight per foot ranges from .090 to over 7 lbs. per foot. Alloys available are 6063, 6005, 6061 and 6463. Our horizontal paint line can handle lengths up to 28 feet. Precision cutting and fabrication are the newest offerings at Frontier. Thermally improved extrusions using Azon 207 resins for residential and commercial applications are also available.
